The Cubs 2012 #1 draft pick OF Albert Almora has started his first season of pro ball with a bang with Low A Kane County of the Midwest League. Through 22 games Almora is hitting .402 with 1 HR, and 11 RBI's. Almora has missed time since the hot start with a broken hamate bone and has gone on the DL. Cubs expect a full recovery.
